Using the iOS app on an iPhone or iPad
To use the MailBigFile app, download it from the app store on your iOS device. You can find it on the app store here.
1. Upon starting the app you will be greated by the intro logo loading screen
2. You will then be greated by a login screen. You will need a pro or business account to login to the app. Enter your login details. There is a checkbox to keep you logged in if required.
3. This is the main screen. From here you can upload photos or videos from your iPhone or iPad. Click the + icon to start adding a file.
4. Pick the photo or video you want from your camera roll or albums and a naming box will open. Type the name you want for your picture or video.
5. Next, we need to create and add a recipient for the file. Click on the person icon.
6. To create a new recipient, click on the + icon, enter the email address and click 'create'.
7. To select a recipent, slide the address to the right. You will see the bar highlight green. If you want unselect the address, slide the bar to the left.
8. Next go back to the main screen by pressing the back arrow in the top right hand corner. Once back on the main screen, you can send the file. To start uploding the photo or video, slide the file name to the right and the upload will start.
9. Once the upload has finished it will be processed and the recipient will recieve the download link on an email. Old sent files can be cleared off the main screen by sliding them left.
10. You will be able to see the files you have sent with your account on the file history page. Click the 'draw' icon at the bottom to show all the sent files. When a file is clicked it will display the information for the file.
