The Pro Account is a subscription based service.
At the end of your subscription period, we will attempt to renew your account.
Sometimes this is not possible due to cards expiring, or banks not authorising the transaction.
If this is the case, we will temporarily disable your account, and notify you to update your payment information.
To cancel, simply email email@example.com with CANCEL as the subject. (if emailing from an address other than that you signed up with, please quote the email address you registered with).
This will terminate the automatic renewal of your account.
If you signed up via PayPal, you will need to login to your PayPal account to cancel the subscription. Please click here for more information on how to unsubscribe in PayPal.
We offer two subscription models: Monthly and Annual.
In both cases, subscription fees will be collected from the credit/debit card originally used to sign up.
If your card expires, we will contact you advising on how to update your details.
