Ensure you are using the username and password emailed to you after your registered.

Ensure that cookies are enabled in your web browser.

Note that passwords are case-sensitive.

Additionally, with a Business Account, your log in area will be located at http://www.mailbigfile.com/yourcompany-send. Please ensure you are logging in there and not at the Pro Account area which is located at http://max.mailbigfile.com
