Delete A File

Free Service

There is no facility to delete an uploaded file on the free service.

If you require this functionality, please sign up for a Pro or Business Account

Pro Account

To delete a file, go to Upload History link on your Send page. There will be a delete icon if the file is still on our servers.

Simply click the delete icon and the file will be removed.

Business Account

To delete a file, go to either your Upload or Received History page. There will be a delete icon if the file is still on our servers.

Simply click the delete icon and the file will be removed.
