File Has Expired

Free Service

On the free service, files expire after 20 downloads or 10 days, whichever comes first.

Once a file has expired, it is automatically removed from our servers.

Pro Account

On the Pro Account, files expire after 50 downloads or 28 days, whichever comes first (unless the file has been added to permanent storage).

The Download limit can be increased on a file-by-file bespoke basis. Please mail webmaster@mailbigfile.com for more information.
