File is not available:

When you've just uploaded a file, it will not immediately be available. Normally it will take the server a few minutes to process the uploaded file before it becomes available.

Occasionally a file may not be available for a while after it's been downloaded. This can be because the file did not upload correctly or due to the way in which it uploaded to the server. If you're experiencing this issue please contact support@mailbigfile.com.

Sometimes when a user attempts to download an uploaded file they will be presented with an "Access Denied" page. If this does occur, please contact support@mailbigfile.com with the file link and we should be able to get this amended for you.
