Competition Terms & Conditions

To enter the MailBigFile Pro Account Mondays Competition all you need to do is pay for a Pro Account on Monday between 12am BST and Tuesday 12am BST. This will automatically make you eligible for the draw.

You also automatically accept the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page upon paying for a Pro Account on the given date. You can, however, opt out of the competition and it's rules by emailing us.

Out of all the accounts, we will choose a random account between those times who will then win the prize stated. This will be announced on Facebook, Twitter and on our website. The Prize stated is the prize currently on offer here.

If we cannot reasonably ship the prize stated to the competition winner, then they will instead win the cash equivalent of the prize.

The competition will run every Monday. This is however subject to change.

If the original winner doesn't respond or rejects the prize, it will then be given to the next randomly selected entrant.

Rules

1. To enter for the draw, you need to pay for a Pro Account between Monday 12am BST and Tuesday 12am BST.

2. The 24 hour, 1 year and 2 year Pro Accounts are all eligible for this draw.

3. All renewals enacted for the Monday are also eligible. This includes those automatically renewed in the system and those manually renewed by the user.

4. Any duplicate accounts made on the Monday will not count and only the original account will be used for the competition.

5. The prize winner will be notified the following day via email. The winner must reply within 24 hours to this email to confirm whether or not they want the prize. If they do not, they will be exempt from the prize and it will be handed to the next randomly selected entrant.

6. The prize will be as offered above and there will be no alternative.

7. The promoter is Design Solution Limited trading as Dessol of The Old Chapel, Commodore Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 3NF, to whom any queries regarding this Promotion should be directed in writing.

8. We withhold the right to retract a winner's account under reasonable grounds and stop the competition at any time.

9. We also withhold the right not to reimburse accounts created on the Monday should we believe the account was made primarily for the competition and not for the use of the service. Those who genuinely are not satisfied by our service are still entitled to a refund within the 30 day grace period.

10. You must be 18 or above to be eligible for the competition.
